Our Story
The Ione Public House was born from a simple idea: a place where people feel welcome without having to knock. No pretense, no reservations — just walk in, find a seat, and stay as long as you like.
Our kitchen and bar are built around the seasons and the people who bring them to life. We source locally when we can, keep the menu honest, and pour every drink like it matters to someone.
